Is there any anime like Full Moon wo Sagashite? OR What is your favorite anime?

I've been researching for a long time but since I can't find anything like it I started watching different kind of anime. Somehow, this anime is still number 1. I've already watch D.N. Angel, Peach Girl, School Days, Lovely Complex, Fruit Baskets, Marmalade Boy and Aishiteruz Baby. I do not like action, stupid endings and what I like is romance funny or also sad. Full Moon wo Sagashite is about a girl who has a throat cancer and she really likes to sing for Eichii-kun. They made a promise to follow their dreams and made me cry. It was a good story after all and it has 52 episodes. Please share me, what is your favorite best anime?
