STAR WARS: who was the most evil and powerful of all sith lords?

well darth Vader's apprentice killed Vader and sidious (or well he is able to) or Darth Revan as he/she Kills Darth Malak and countless sith. but the most evil would probably be Darth Sidious as he kills entire planets and nearly all of the jedi.
