Does the government have any need for assassin's trained in the art of ninjutsu? (ninja assassins)?

so yeah, i want to quit my life and go train in manny arts of kun-fu, mostly ninjutsu (i've already trained half my life) and after a few dacades of training i will become a ninja assassin, all i'm woundering is, does the government pay to assassinate important poeple? cuz if so, that'd be awesome. plus ninja's are just kick *** and ****.
